DIGITAL CONTENT (VIDEO COURSES, FLASHCARD DECKS) Under Article 15/1-(ğ) of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation there is no right of withdrawal for digital services performed instantly. Refunds are therefore not possible once access to the content has begun. So you can evaluate before buying, the first lesson of every course and the first cards of every deck are free. Good-faith refund: if you have not accessed any lesson or card and fewer than 14 days have passed since purchase, write to info@example.com; if we find the request appropriate the payment is returned to the same card. MEMBERSHIPS Monthly memberships can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period; no partial refund is made for remaining days. You are not charged for the next period. 1-ON-1 AND CONSULTING PACKAGES - More than 24 hours before the appointment: free cancellation, session credit returned. - Less than 24 hours: the session credit is treated as used. - For cancellations caused by the instructor, your credit is restored unconditionally. - Entirely unused packages are fully refunded within 14 days of purchase.
